Crowd Participation at the Next WebInno
I am excited that the next WebInno event is only one week away – Monday May 8th at the Hotel@MIT. While we’re just a couple days from a finalized presenter list, I am happy to announce that this meeting we will have a set of not-so-official designated bloggers/photobloggers/podcasters going to report on the event itself.
Both Peter Caputa and Susan Kaup have volunteered to provide live blog coverage during the session. Brian Del Vecchio will be shooting photos of the meeting and posting them on Flickr. Finally, Mark Withington is going to record and produce a number of podcast interviews at the gathering. With our opening presenters, the “side-dish” demos in the room’s periphery during the networking portion of the evening, and the great crowd already RSVP’ed, we should have plenty of engaging conversations worth documenting.
The Hotel@MIT venue will be providing free wireless access to all attendees, and we view the meeting as completely open and participatory. So all are welcome and encouraged to blog or cover the event in any way. Feel free to step forward on the wiki beforehand and/or and post links afterwards.
